Over the past eight years, I’ve had the honour of representing Sherwood Park’s Ward One and while much has changed, my commitment to this community has never wavered.
We’ve been through a lot together. From the challenges of the pandemic and economic uncertainty, to the day-to-day issues that affect our quality of life, I’ve worked hard to be a steady, responsive voice at the Council table.
I’ve always believed in the promise of Strathcona County, and I still believe we can become Canada’s Most Livable Community but only if we keep pushing forward, together.
Strathcona County continues to evolve. Our economy is diversifying. Our population is growing and changing.
Our expectations around resiliency, affordability, and local leadership are higher than ever.
I’m running for re-election in Ward One because I believe this is a pivotal moment.
These shifts present both challenges and opportunities, and I want to continue advocating for smart, practical decisions that help our community thrive now and into the future.
Ward One is a vibrant, diverse, and deeply engaged part of Strathcona County. We’ve got great neighbourhoods, strong local businesses, and a sense of community that’s second to none.
We can’t rest on what we’ve already built. We need to continue working toward a more accessible, efficient, and resilient community one that supports families, empowers entrepreneurs, and creates opportunity for everyone.
Strathcona County is built on resilience, innovation, and a willingness to lead. I’m proud to call this place home, and I want to keep helping shape a future we can all be proud of.
Over the coming weeks and months, I look forward to hearing your ideas and concerns, and continuing the conversation about how we can make Ward One and all of Strathcona County an even better place to live, work, and raise a family.
Your County. Your Voice. The clock's ticking.
